Tours

All prices shown are on a per person basis unless otherwise stated, and are expressed in New Zealand dollars, including 15% Goods and Service Tax (GST). Photo identification may be requested to confirm discounted rates.
 

 

YOUR TRIP

Your itinerary will be as advertised at the time of booking: however, should  circumstances occur beyond our control, there may be slight variation to the itinerary.

Please note well all personal belongings must be kept with you, as while we do our best to ensure your personal property in protected, we cannot be responsible for any personal items or luggage passengers that have been forgotten or have had removed for whatever reasion from the bus.

REFUND POLICY

A cancellation fee of $20 applies to all online bookings. If you cancel the tour within 48 hours of departure a 100% cancellation fee applies. Please contact us for any changes or cancellations to your booking. Any changes to bookings are subject to availability.
All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars(NZD$).

Toru Tours Covid-19 Procedures and Policies.

 

Hygiene Safety Regulations for Customers

  • Masks: Not mandatory. The current advice from the New Zealand Government Department of Health is that masks are not mandatory for customers, although they do increase protection against the spread of the virus.

  • Social Distancing: Maintain distance of at least 1.5 meters.

  • Health Declaration: Customers may be asked to provide contact information like mobile phone numbers for immediate and quick contact tracing.

Hygiene Safety Regulations for Staff

  • Masks:  Not mandatory. The current advice from the New Zealand Government Department of Health is that face masks must be worn by business staff only if social distancing measures of at least 1.5m cannot be maintained. 

  • Personal hygiene: Hands need to be cleaned regularly with soap and water.

  • Social distancing: Maintain distance of at least 1.5 meters.

  • Medical check up: Employees will be going through regular medical examinations. Those who feel unwell and/or have fever must stay home.  

Operations Safety Regulations 

  • Signage and poster to communicate to visitors and staff safe distancing and health measures.  

  • Staff needs to be trained in operations for hygiene safety. They need to ensure that visitors/customers are well-informed of the degree of exposure to COVID-19 risk within the activity and the need for following risk controls.

  • Cleaning of the Buses and venues by the operators is increased, hand sanitizers placed in strategic locations, and clean air/regular ventilation need to be ensured for indoor places.

  • All businesses must keep records to facilitate contact tracing.
